Strawberry Milkshake

Milkshakes are great choice for hot summer days. Kids love milkshakes a lot. This milkshake is more creamy and delicious in taste.



Strawberry is an excellent source of Vitamin C, Vitamin E and also a natural and powerful antioxidant. Consumption of strawberries have potential health benefits against cancer even. Then also contain minerals like potassium, iron, iodene, manganese and many others, that help to control heart rate and blood pressure.



Ingredients:

Strawberry - 8 or 10 (can use frozen or fresh strawberry)
Milk - 2 glass
Whipped cream - 5 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tsp

Note:
This quantity makes about 2 servings.

Method:

1) Remove the leaves from the strawberry and cut into halves.



2) Place all ingredients together in a blender.



3) Blend it very well and then you get the creamy milkshake.



4) Serve it chill.



Chill and creamy strawberry milkshake is really a delicious drink to have on hot days.
